F.A.S.T. School Level 2 is a 4-week training program, you may attend all the training sessions or drop-in to any individual session, it’s conducted in-person at our Santa Clara county locations and you must be a graduate of F.A.S.T. School to attend.

Advanced Speed Training For
Advanced Athletes Like you
Each advanced training session in F.A.S.T. School Level 2 focuses on a specific area of athletic speed.
And while each of the 4 weekly training sessions have a primary area of focus, all training sessions will also address flexibility, mobility, strength, power, explosion and plyometric training.
In other words, we’ll not only make you faster on the athletic field through our advanced speed training, but we’ll help to minimize your risk of injury on the athletic field too.
Here’s a closer look at the specific areas of athletic speed that we’ll focus on in F.A.S.T. School Level 2:
Starting Speed
Do you feel like everyone is already ahead of you when you start to move?
Do the first steps you take seem to always be your slowest?
We’re going to show you the CP method to getting out of the gate faster than you ever though possible, dramatically improving your times and putting you ahead of the competition from the very start.
The bottom line for you is that you’re going to have an unfair speed advantage over everyone else because your initial movements are going to be quicker and more explosive.

Top-End Speed
Does it seem like everyone else is getting faster right when you’re beginning to fade?
Does it feel like you’re giving your max effort and people are still pulling away from you?
It’s time to significantly increase your top-end speed and that’s exactly what we’ll be training you to do in the Top-End Speed session of F.A.S.T School Level 2. And we’re not only going to improve your top-end speed, we’re going to teach you how to reach it faster and hold it longer.
For you that means you’ll be overtaking the people now faster than you…and they’ll be wondering how you did it.
Agility - Change of Direction
Are you getting embarrassed by competition that changes direction and blows past you before you can even react?
Does it feel like you’re trying to change directions faster but your feet are clued to the ground?
In the Agility – Change of Direction session, we’re going to teach you the kinesthetic secrets of lateral movement and direction change that will have you cutting, sliding and pivoting in all directions with lightning fast quickness.
For you that means it’s going to feel like your feet are gliding on air instead of glued to the ground…and your body will be moving before your brain even tells it to.

Game Speed
Does it feel like you’re fast, but it’s not translating on the athletic field?
Does your speed seem to max out on the field or court and you can’t seem to move any faster?
Game speed isn’t about practicing your sport more. The elite athletes you see on TV didn’t get there by training solely in their sport. To become an elite athlete, you must train the specific muscles that produce speed in your sport. And that’s exactly what we’re going to have you train in the Game Speed session.
We’re going to make you faster on the field, by training the muscles that specifically give you game speed.
What does this mean for you? That you’ll be able to overtake the competitors who have always been faster than you. Period.

Will You Be Next?
When it comes to any sport, the one common factor that separates elite athletes from everyone else is speed. Every coach covets it in an athlete and every competitor fears it.
If you would like to be invited to join elite teams, if you would like to be a standout performer on an elite team, if you would like to receive letters and visits from college coaches and if you would like to feel the supreme confidence that comes with knowing that you can run, move and perform faster than everyone else, then you need to train for speed in your sport.
And this is exactly what our F.A.S.T School Level 2 will train you for. A whole new level of speed in your sport.
You’ve already seen how your speed and performance was transformed in F.A.S.T. School.
Now is your chance to multiply your speed and performance again in F.A.S.T. School Level 2. If you’re ready to make it happen, we’re ready to train you. Enroll below to get started now:

Have Questions? We Have Answers
Level 1 is an Introductory movement program. Everyone who attends F.A.S.T school for the first time will have to go through a Level 1 session unless you receive approval by Coach Carlisle.
Individuals who have been through a previous F.A.S.T school can enroll into a Level 2 session.
We do have trial sessions but only the first Saturday of each month.
The FAST SCHOOL program will be held at THE KING’S ACADEMY SOFTBALL FIELD. The address is 790 E. Duane, Sunnyvale, CA. The entrance into the school is located at Rainbow Montessori Child Development Center.
Upon entering the school, drive 500 feet, and the field will be directly in front of you; however, to enter the Softball field follow the one-way entrance until you reach the gate to enter the area.
The class will be conducted on field #1, the softball field located next to the baseball field. We gather at the back end of the softball field near the townhomes.
We highly recommend pushing sessions out for a later date rather than cancelling or refunding them. However, we do approve written refund requests for reasons (such as injuries).
Because F.A.S.T. School sessions are held on turf, we recommend wearing any type of athletic cleats (soccer, football, baseball, etc.)
Book your sessions through the Carlisle Performance App or through the web portal by logging into your account (top right of this screen).
The capped athlete to coach ratio is one-to-four, though it is usually one-to-three.
YES! You can switch your classes by logging into your account on our website.
If there is inclement weather, you’ll receive notification via our app (be sure to have notifications turned on!) within 12 hours of your F.A.S.T. School session. Coach Carlisle will send out notice if the session is cancelled or relocated to the alternate location (Carlisle Performance Center located at 1373 S. Bascom Ave, San Jose, CA 95128).
At our Carlisle Performance Studio in San Jose, the programs are focused on developing strength, power, flexibility, mobility, short area quickness and ultimately improving ability to move from point A to point B. The coach to athlete ratio is at most one to four which allows for individual attention while working with our state-of-the-art equipment.
At Kings Academy, we have 4,000 square yards of turf to operate our F.A.S.T. speed school (Functional Athletic Speed Training) programs. As the name implies, those programs are speed intensive, working on linear speed, long speed, top speed, and multi-directional movement with the goal of improving overall game speed. Kings Academy is also where we conduct our assessments.
Currently the program times for Kings Academy are limited.
Download the Carlisle Performance app from the App Store or Google Play and register with us using your email. You’ll be able to create profiles that are specific to each dependent you have and book for them individually. It is incredibly easy!
Coach Carlisle hasn’t just coached athletes at all levels (from youth to professional), he’s also coached thousands of coaches at those levels.
No matter if Coach Carlisle is present at your training session (which he tries to be at them all!), you’ll be receiving some of the premier coaching in the Silicon Valley from each of the coaches at Carlisle Performance.
Yes. You will need to create a separate user account for each child. Book the class under your child’s email & name. Every class has to be booked into separately.
For extenuating circumstances (such as injury, which still needs to be discussed with coach for obvious reasons) yes. Otherwise, no.
A minimum of 2 days per week will get them great results, though 3 days a week will yield optimum benefit. 1 day a week does yield results, but based on research, athletes will only begin to truly benefit from training with a minimum of 2 days of instruction per week.
For an additional fee, we can provide take-home workouts which are conveniently accessible online.
Yes, masks are still required in our studio as it’s in a medical facility. Outside and at King’s Academy, masks are not required. We will update our guidelines as per state and local requirements as needed.
Login to your Carlisle Performance account, and go to My Packages then it will show you total visits and used visits. If no package is listed, you will have to share the package from your childs account to your own. Contact us for additional help.
