About the Carlisle Athletic Profile

The CAP was developed by Master Strength and Conditioning Coach Duane Carlisle, in conjunction with leading PhDs in kinesiology and exercise physiology.

The CAP scientifically identifies the weaknesses, imbalances and deficiencies in an athlete that negatively impact strength, flexibility, body composition, movement and athletic performance. Data points are then created that allow our coaches to target, train and track these weaknesses throughout the program, turning them from negatives into positives.

Semi-private training sessions with Coach Carlisle are $150/session per athlete and have limited spots. A minimum of 2 athletes per session is required, with a maximum of 4 athletes.

Availability varies each week and sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis. Typically I am available for indoor training sessions at The Training Studio on weekdays and at King’s Academy for outdoor training sessions on weekends.

If you have completed a CAP within the past 3 months, we will focus our first training session together on implementing your athletic development plan.

If you have not completed a CAP within the past 3 months, athletes are required to complete a CAP assessment prior to your first semi-private session.

The CAP is paramount to your success in our personal training programs and is not available in any other program, anywhere else in the world.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that applies to both you and Coach Carlisle!

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your session is forfeited.

If Coach Carlisle cancels with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a bonus semi-private session at no additional cost.
