Yes, you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel, you will not have access to the training plans or programs unless you re-subscribe as a member.
The membership is for a single athlete only, so if you have multiple children who will be participating in the training plans, please sign up for an individual membership plan for each child.
New specialty programs are added once a month and can be found in the “Specialty Plans” are of the membership program.
The Lightning Fast Speed Membership includes two training sessions per week, which are accessible from your Calendar inside of the membership program.
The required equipment is minimal, but we strongly recommend watching the training session or viewing the training session prior to engaging in it so that you can choose the correct location to perform the program.
Typical equipment needs will include mini-bands, agility rings, ABC ladder, saucer cones, foam roller and banana steps. If you do not have access to the required equipment, you can purchase this equipment package to be mailed to you.
We highly recommend seeking medical advice before performing any program if you have an injury. Based on the evaluation of an appropriate health professional, you can then determine whether or not to do the program.
Refunds are not provided but you can cancel the membership at any time.
