Build the Physical Qualities Behind

Better Sport Performance

Carlisle Performance helps serious developing athletes get faster, get stronger, become more explosive, and stay available to train and compete — in every sport. We don’t replace your sport-skills coach — we build the physical qualities that let those skills actually show up in competition.

Performance Development Has to

Include Durability

Speed and strength gains matter, but so does the ability to control force, decelerate well, move efficiently, and handle the physical demands of training and competition. We develop performance with durability and athlete availability in mind — not just a faster time.

Not Sure Which Indoor Program Your Athlete Needs?

That's Exactly Why We Start With the CAP

You shouldn’t have to diagnose the training plan yourself. Start with the CAP. We’ll measure the athlete, identify the opportunities, and recommend the right development path.

Have Questions? We Have Answers

No. F.A.S.T. School is Carlisle Performance’s outdoor 4-week speed-development program at King’s Academy; F.A.S.T. Lab is the individualized indoor speed-development program at the Carlisle Performance Athlete Development Lab and begins with the CAP.

If you’re choosing among our indoor programs, start with the CAP. The results help identify your athlete’s highest-priority training needs, and we’ll recommend the appropriate development path from there. If you already know you want the outdoor F.A.S.T. School, you can register directly without completing the CAP first.

Carlisle Performance does not replace your athlete’s sport-skills coach. We develop the physical qualities that let those skills show up at a higher level — speed, acceleration, strength, power, mobility, deceleration, change of direction, and conditioning. The CAP identifies which of those qualities matter most for your athlete.

Carlisle Performance has worked with athletes across a wide range of field, court, track, and individual sports. The physical priorities vary by athlete and sport, which is exactly why the indoor Pathway begins with assessment rather than assigning the same workout to everyone.
