Strength & Conditioning: Middle School

THE CLASS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Actual class times are displayed upon booking into the class. Morning to Mid-Morning Classes are offered during school breaks.

3 Month Elite Membership

Your training program, created by Coach Carlisle, is based on the results of the Carlisle Athletic Profile, our proprietary athletic assessment which is conducted in your first session. There are perks available with the 3 month membership, including:
  • Choose between 4, 6 or 8 intensive, personalized training sessions per month specific to your individual and sports needs.
  • You may use your Speed, Power, Explosive sessions interchangeably at our FAST SCHOOL, conducted at the King's Academy in Sunnyvale.
  • Comprehensive nutrition guide included.
  • 1 take-home program per week.
  • 2 complimentary body composition analyses.
  • Every athlete is retested after the completion of 12 sessions.
CHOOSE BETWEEN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING 3 MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
ELITE PLATINUM (2 training sessions per week, 8 per month) 
  • Monthly cost: $480  **MOST POPULAR**
ELITE PLUS (1.5 training sessions per week, 6 per month) 
  • Monthly cost: $390
ELITE (1 training session per week, 4 per month)
  • Monthly cost: $280

Month-to-Month Membership

Choose one of the following 3 options for your month-to-month membership. Please note that sessions do not roll over and that you can switch to a 3-month membership should you wish to once your month to month has ended.

  • Get six intensive, personalized training sessions per month specific to your individual and sports needs. 
  • Comprehensive nutrition guide included.
