Coach Duane Carlisle is a nationally renowned expert in the field of Strength and Conditioning. He has designed a comprehensive personal training approach to improving athletic performance, which has benefited all athlete types.

We have had the opportunity to offer personal training to the Campbell athletic community with much success. Our comprehensive athletic performance test allows us to personalize our training interventions.

We have a variety of classes available at our San Jose Strength & Conditioning Studio. You can book at your convenience from a variety of price points and packages

We’re also providing online personal training, so you can stay fit and strong at home.
