Personal Training – Middle School Athletes

The difference between our one-on-one training program and our semi-private training is that with personal training, we focus all of our coaching energy and expertise solely on you.  We motivate you, hold you accountable, and coach you up!  The training session addresses your specific needs based on your goals.  A typical session includes a three-step process of dynamic warmup, speed and agility, and power exercises. 

We use a three-step process to ensure that you achieve the optimal results.

Step 1 – You undergo our proprietary athletic assessment, The Carlisle Athlete Profile.

Step 2 – We analyze your results.

Step 3 – We create an individualized training program to enhance your overall athleticism.

We provide our coaching expertise to ensure you do the exercises correctly to minimize your risk of injury

Class Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 6am – 7pm (Last session starts at 6pm)
Friday: 6am – 5pm (Last session starts at 4pm)
Saturday: 8am – 12pm (Last session starts at 11am)
Sunday: Closed

To select a training time that best suits your schedule, the Coach will contact you directly to choose your training day and times within the day and times listed below.

  • Save 5-10% off each training session.
  • Any sessions you purchase can also be used interchangeably with our Speed Training classes at the F.A.S.T School or Speed, Power, and Explosion class at the Studio!
  • All athletes are provided with a weekly take-home program through the Carlisle App
  • Parents will receive Coach Carlisle’s video tips on recruiting, nutrition, and how to help your athlete overcome adversity.
  • No long-term contract—freeze or cancel anytime after a 3-month commitment

The Pay as you go option*

Your training program is designed to meet your individual needs based on the results of the Carlisle Athletic profile.

All Carlisle Performance Coaches offer COMPLIMENTARY 15 minute private, virtual or in-person consultations.

The coaches’ rates range from $100 to $150 per session, with $125 being our average per session. This information will be disclosed during your initial consultation, as many coaches base their rates on each client’s individual needs.
